Jaime DiDomenico
President and Owner

Jaime began his career in the HVAC/Plumbing industry in 1981 when he joined the purchasing department of Encore Service Systems, which later grew to Service America. After 16 years in service operations and accounting, he joined a national HVAC company as Vice President of Operations. He served as an executive for a national heating, air conditioning and plumbing company for six years. Jaime joined N&M Cool Today in March 2004 as President and owner.

Jaime earned a Master's degree from Nova Southeastern and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a contributor to the Florida Special Olympics and Habitat for Humanity.

"Whatever it takes" is Jaime's belief in providing the very best service to his clients and delivering comfort to their homes in a timely manner.

Charles Blum
Indoor Air Quality Manager and Service Manager

Charles has over 20 years in HVAC service experience, management and ownership. Prior to joining the HVAC industry, he was a manager in the restaurant business. Since joining N&M Cool Today in 1998, Charles has twice been awarded the SPIRIT award for INTEGRITY and for TEAMWORK. He is currently the Indoor Air Quality Manager for N&M Cool Today and is responsible for duct cleaning, mold remediation and indoor air quality analyses for homeowners.

Charles is a NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaning Association) certified Air System Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) and Ventilation System Mold Remediator (VSMR). He is also EPA certified by Penn State University and a graduate from Alabama Power Company's Heat Pump Training Center in Clanton, Alabama.

Bryant Ray
Operations Manager

Bryant has 27 years experience in the home services industry. He owned an Air Conditioning Company in Detroit, Michigan and has been with N&M Cool Today for 13 years. Bryant believes in growing the N&M Cool Today business through long, lasting relationships built by providing the highest quality of service and maintaining a compassionate outlook. He leads his team members by providing an example that eliminates all excuses for not putting forth a personal best effort in all situations.

Bryant is a graduate of Ferris State University. He has a universal certification from the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (R.S.E.S.) and is certified for service and installation by the National Association of Technical Excellence (N.A.T.E.). He is a member of M.A.C.C.A., N.A.T.E. and R.S.E.S.

Bryant is married and enjoys playing golf in his free time.

Sheila Marvel

Sheila brings to N&M Cool Today over 20 years of Customer Service experience. Originally from Indiana, she has worked for two major corporations in the Service / Inside Sales and Marketing departments. 

Sheila is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and following-up for complete satisfaction. She ensures that our customers never have an unheard concern or unresolved issue. Sheila was awarded the N&M Cool Today SPIRIT award in 2007. 

Sheila enjoys spending time with her husband, Dave, and her two children. 

Allen Patten
Plumbing Manager

Allen started Patten Plumbing, Inc. in 1981. A longtime Florida and Charlotte county resident, Allen has grown up in the plumbing trade. He is dedicated to providing customers "a job done right" for a fair price.

Allen is a state Certified Master Plumber and directs the plumbing division for the company. He is dedicated to providing great service for the client and following up personally on projects and estimates. His values and beliefs drive him to be a great provider of service.

Janet Stockwell
Accounting Manager

Janet brings to N&M Cool Today over 20 years of experience in the Accounting field. Having worked her way through Schoolcraft College, she began her career in Detroit, Michigan. Janet served as Accounting Manager at Bergstrom’s Heating & Cooling, a division of Blue Dot Corporation, as well as The Dan Wood Plumbing Company & Heating Company.

Jan joined N&M Cool Today after moving to Sarasota with her husband in 2007. Her working philosophy embodies the “Spirit” of service, performance, integrity, respect, innovation and teamwork, all of which prevail throughout the N&M Cool Today organization.

Jan says, “The best way to relax is to read a good book or garden. I enjoy both”.
